Step 1: Unboxing Your Groove® Pillow
When you open your new pillow, you’ll find it’s been compressed and rolled to minimise packaging. Unwrap it and then please allow it a day or two to breathe and return to its full shape. Our boxes are recyclable, and the plastic wrap around your pillow is biodegradable, so please dispose of them accordingly!

Make sure the contoured dip is facing upwards towards the bed, this is positioned to support your neck as per the image. Done!
