How long does memory foam last, and is there a guarantee?
Our luxury memory foam is found in all Groove pillows.
They consist of a premium, slow rebound bamboo charcoal foam with a thermogenic inner for temperature control and protection from dust erosion.
Our unique foam composition has been through 7 iterations and improvements to find the perfect density for neck and shoulder support.
We're so confident in the quality, all pillows come with a two-year warranty. Simply contact our friendly customer service colleagues if you find a fault and we will be happy to replace it.Can you wash Memory Foam pillows?
The special composition of foam means the pillow itself can't be washed.
However, the Groove Original and Groove Adjustable 2.0 pillows come with a plush quilted pillow cover, to protect the inner, which is fully machine washable.
